At BoutiqueHomes, we connect travelers with owners. Travelers browse our curated collection of architectural gems to find their next stay. If they are interested in your property, they will fill out the Request to Book form where they enter their dates, number of guests, and number of pets.
Once a booking is confirmed, you are responsible for emailing the traveler your request for payment of the agreed amount. It is up to you how you would like to receive payment—via PayPal, wire transfer, cash on arrival, or any other payment method. We do not process payment between travelers and owners.
Below is the Request to Book form travelers fill out.
After a traveler has submitted an inquiry, you will receive an email notification. Click the blue here link within the email to view the inquiry. Travelers expect to receive a response within 24 hours, so we please request you respond to them within that timeframe.
You will be taken to the conversation panel where you can enter your quote and/or send a message. Enter your rate per night and choose your currency and additional fees if applicable. Click Save Quote and then Send.
After you click Send, the traveler will receive an email notification and link to the conversation panel. At this point, the traveler has the option to reserve the booking. Once they click Reserve Now, you will receive an email notification. Click here.
You will be taken to the conversation panel. Click Accept Now to confirm the booking. After you click Accept Now, you will receive the traveler’s contact information.
As a reminder, BoutiqueHomes does not process payment between travelers and owners. You are responsible for setting up payment arrangements after the booking is confirmed.
On the day of the traveler’s arrival, you will receive an invoice for our BoutiqueHomes commission. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt.
