If you haven’t received any inquiry emails, you may need to check your spam folder to make sure the notifications are not ending up there. In order to avoid this in future, please add the sender name noreply@boutique-homes.com to your Safe Senders list.

Your Safe Senders List is managed by you within your email program and can be easily updated based on your preferences. By default, email messages that you add to your own personal address book are considered safe and will not be re-routed to your junk email folder.

In Gmail, for example, you can follow these instructions:

1. Click Settings (cog icon) in the upper right corner, and then click More mail settings.
2. Select Safe and blocked senders, and then Safe senders.
3. Add the domain of the email you want to whitelist to the list of Safe senders.
4. Return to Safe and blocked senders, and then select Safe mailing lists.
